90s does 60s Evan Picone Buckle Heeled loafer

These shoes are fantastic! Made in the 90s, they have strong 60s vibes. They are navy with a thick heel, and square silver buckle. Slight rounded toe. These are vinyl fabric and in a size 8. Reminiscent of Gucci loafers. Preppy style. Good vintage condition. Wear to bottoms. A couple small scuffs on Heels.
