Vintage 1960s dress. Lightweight black polyester with silver metallic floral design. Cowl neck. Elbow length sleeves with elastic cuffs. Elasticized waist with a matching tie belt. Cute fit and flare silhouette. Pullover style. Brand Promises Promises Tagged size 9/10 but please double check measurements in photos as vintage sizing can vary. Fabric does have some stretch. Excellent vintage condition. Cuff elastic is a little stretched out. Otherwise no flaws.
