I measured the dress: Size 16 armpit to armpit is 19 inches, waist 16.5. The dress is very stretchy. Please let me know if I can answer any other questions for you!

I love, love, love the fact that your shoulders are out but arms are covered. And, the train is just the perfect length. Honestly, you can't go wrong. It's ready to ship, just so you know! :-)
