meg9813 @beckykelly11 I would say it's generally true to size. I usually wear a 4 on top and a 6 on bottom, but can get away with a 4 for dresses. but due to the tighter style, this one was too tight over my hips. so I'd say a true 4 should be okay. let me know if you'd like me to post the h&m sizing chart. 💋
