jcmthreads @dianepenkoski diane, I noticed you purchased a size 10 but in your comment you referenced a size 9.5. would you like me to cancel the size 10? in regards to the shipping, I unfortunately can't because posh allows a maximum weight of 5lbs. anything beyond that gets charged back to me. these boots in their original box weigh roughly 3.5lbs and closer to 4 with the added shipping box.

dianepenkoski @jcmthreads that's okay about the shipping the reason I asked for the 10 because the 9.5 was gone I figured she could wear two pairs of socks to fill up the space unless you think the nine runs large or if they're true to size let me know

dianepenkoski so I looked at all three orders and my address is correct on all three different sizes but the label you printed has the wrong address on it so did you check the mailing label against my information before you stuck it on the box because it was sent to a PO Box in a different town and my address was clearly visible did you double check compare one against the other

dianepenkoski so I just looked at the boots again on your site it shows you have a 7.5 a size eight and a size 10 available just hold on to those and see what Poshmark says to you if you can ship those out and somehow they credit me credit you for the Lost stuff

dianepenkoski and anytime I've had to contact them in the past it's 24 hours before they even answer you so it looks like you're only allowed one email a day because it takes them a whole day to answer I have no idea what to do here

jcmthreads @dianepenkoski ho Diane, I did reach out to support and I'm waiting on a response. as a seller we are unable to edit the information on the shipping label. we can not manually write on or use a different service other than what posh mark supplies. I will get back to you once they reach out to me.

dianepenkoski I just noticed you had a size 9 lifted so can you hold 7.5 size 8 and size 9 until Poshmark corrects this huge error because I definitely still want them but I doubt we'll able to track where these packages are now and you should be given a credit because your merchandise got lost and my merchandise never came to me
