Don’t Ask Why New York City brand tank dress with size slits. Stunning olive color viscose fabric. Cute oversized buttons up the front (top 3 buttons are faux). Patch pockets. Detachable belt. Midi length. New with tags. Made in Italy. “One size fits most” but too tight around my hips. Would fit a size 0-6 best. So cute!!! Later over turtleneck for winter.
