Vintage Luciano Mechoen Mexican Cuff Bras Bracelet

Rare Snail Mother of Pearl and Brass designed Luciano Mechoen Cuff Bracelet from circa late 60's I believe. This was my mother's bracelet and it's so unique and gorgeous. But I never wear it. I have looked up the artist Luciano Mechoen & I can see that he was a famous sculpter in Mexico in the 60's & 70's & I wonder if my mom bought the bracelet while traveling to Mexico then?
