This is true vintage.
Count Romi Ltd started making this style in the 60’s.
Beautifully made & detailed, custom work. No size listed inside. Measurement from pit to pit is 21 1/2”
Measurement along bottom hem is about 33”.
Length from back neck to bottom is about 41 1/2"
I think it’s a medium to large. Raglan-style sleeves. Original buttons, but it appears as if the buttons were moved to give more room. Picture shows my thumb pointing to where button was. This area is hidden when buttoned. Some staining on lining as shown in pictures.

41 1/2" long from neck (back under collar) to bottom. NOT a velvet texture.
The fabric has a satiny smooth feel like a nylon blend? My best guess, I could not find a fabric content tag.
True Vintage.
