smfmpd1 hi there. is this shoe true to size or runs smaller? this would be a first for this brand for me so I'm curious if they are even comfortable. insight?

kristi_wyatt @smfmpd1 they are true to size. I wear a 6 and buy a 36 or 36.5 depending on the style of Louboutin. This style is on the slimmer side. I typically get them stretched a bit, but haven’t stretched this pair. As far as comfort - 😣 - the 120 mm are not very comfortable, they are not a walking around shoe. I can wear the 100mm to work all day but not the 120s.

kristi_wyatt @smfmpd1 I take mine to where I purchased them - Neiman Marcus typically. You can also take them to any shoe repair store or you can buy the inserts yourself.

kristi_wyatt I wore them only once for a few minutes on my birthday and decided that I much prefer the 100mm. I own about 6 or 7 pair and I’ve sold all of my 120mm and only kept the 100s and wedges. Just works better for me to. They are in GREAT condition.

But, I went to try similar shoe style yesterday (bc this would be a first for me so I needed to be sure about the fit) and oddly enough I'm a smaller size in these models (5.5). thank you so much for all the info you provided and I hope you sell quickly.
