farmerjoanne Hi,My order was delivered today, but someone tore it open and took everything except the small white bag. Was it damaged on inside bottom? You said there was no visible damage in your listing,so I don’t know if it was damaged by the person who did this,or not! I have notified Poshmark & I have taken pics.This has only happened one other time and it was just damage,nothing was taken!Keep you posted! JoAnne 😌

amice2 On the inside bottom? Yes- that was noted in the listing and also shown in pictures. There were a few small makeup stains. Nothing visible from the outside. I’ve also messaged Poshmark in regards to all the items being stolen. I’ve made hundreds of sales and I’ve never once had an issue with a package being opened and stolen

farmerjoanne @amice2 Hi, So, since you haven’t had this happen, do you know what Poshmark does?I had an item that came the same day and it was broken!! I’m assuming that they will pay me for what I spent.I have no idea,the other time,which was months ago,box was just opened,nothing taken.So,have any more Lilly?I really liked what I bought.Let me know! amice2 @farmerjoanne I contacted Poshmark. They advised that you need to contact them with the order number and explain what happened so they can look into it. I don’t have much other Lilly in my closet at this point but I am planning on listing at least an item or two once I can take the pictures.

farmerjoanne @amice2 I did contact them ,I must say that is my biggest complaint,I have contacted them several times about different things. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don’t! I’m going to contact them again! Thanks for the info.
