Elastic at the natural waist, two real, lined pockets. Functioning buttons at the collar, three button cuff. The skirt is fully lined. For measurements, please see photos. No signs of wear - this is in impecable condition. Worn less then 5 times. Polyester material with no stretch, but a roomie small.
