bubbles1948@aphoenixsoul In the photo, you can see that it has a 'drop' should but I will measure it across the top if that helps. I put the measurements that are on the tag because I don't want to guess -- but you're probably right about it being a 2X. I like baggy clothes, so I always buy oversize things.
