Not your everyday Chinoiserie! This is an unusual, ground-yellow piece in excellent condition without damage, decorated with traditionally exclusive double trim lines & 9 blue dragons around the inner & outer sides. It’s heavy & large—15.5”. The white underside displays an honorific attribution to the Ming Dyansty Wanli emperor (1572–1620 萬曆). This is neither Ming nor “fake”. Using old dynasty markings was a normal practice earlier in the 20th c. Please see all photos. #grandmillennial

jalapan Hi @nikoavaalen, It’s as described—vintage 20th century with apocryphal Wanli (Ming) mark. An actual Wanli bowl of this size and condition would be upwards of $10,000 at an auction house like Sotheby’s. This is a very nice 20th century vintage piece—probably purchased in Jingdezhen by a well known collector, from whose estate I got it.
