CZ Silver Hoop Earrings Silver embellished fancy hoop dangle earrings with tiny Cu bic zirconiadiamond gem stones along front side. 1.5” diameter across Pretty sure these are sterling silver but I can’t remember exactly. tim2joyce hello -I bought earrings from you a couple weeks ago. I accepted delivery. However one of the earrings was very loose at the clasp. I made a note on the comments when we accept delivery. I said just a matter of time before it breaks. It fell out of my ear this morning and the clasp no longer works. I am wondering if I could exchange for this pair. please let me know how we can resolve this issue. thank you
