Sparkly black top by Rampage! Iridescent beads in a starburst pattern on the front, it's lined and ties in the back. Says size medium but it's adjustable because of the long ties that wrap around and tie in back as well as the thin straps that tie halter-style, see pics. Comes with a little pack of extra beads.

@hoarderhaven HI there, sure! I put up some pics, it's a difficult one to measure. It's about 17" across the beaded area, from where the straps that tie around the back are attached/start on each side (the first pic cut the end of the tape measure off). And the last pic doesn't show it all, but that is one of the super-long straps that tie around the back, folded back so I could get it all in the pic, but its length is about 34".
