Vinyl patent leather side laced up mini skirt. Laced side can be adjusted to how open or tight you want the design. Wear this dressed up with a blouse or dressed down with a sweatshirt. Skirt has some stretch but you do not want to stretch too much as this will cause your laced side to be extremely open. channellshardai @njharner I would say its true to size, if you want a looser fit I would say size up but given the nature of the vinyl you would want a fitted type style for this skirt
