Fully lined. Very small mark on front top, barely visible, see photos. Small frayed area top of back. About 12.5 inch measured flat across narrowest part of waist. I would say this would fit like a size 0 or 2. Beautiful wrap included. Good used condition. Perfect for wedding or formal event. Very classy.
