starposh1320@ryankelseyclark Hello, it's hard for me to say, as they are too small for me! I typically wear a 6/28 in bottoms and I have wide hips and I'm not able to even pull these on (selling for a friend). I did a flat lay measurement and they are 18" across approximately where the hips would be. Hope that helps!
