Novelty Gear Knob for a manual shifter. It is made of steel and hard black plastic. The plastic has studs on it. The knob simply screws onto the shifter lever. The other item is a vintage tire gauge made by Syracuse Gauge Co, Inc, Syracuse, NY. 960V is the number printed under the words Tire Gauge. The measures up to 60 psi & up to 400 kPa. I do not know if the gauge works nor it’s age. Both are used and are sold together.
