Sz 14W London Times Cold-shoulder Dress

Like new, dress that can be worn for any occasion! Looks much more flattering in person than on the model! Heather gray fabric is fully lined and the charcoal gray color has a hint of blue. Dress has open shoulders and 3/4 length bell sleeves with elasticized waist and full skirt that falls below the knee, in addition to a handkerchief hem line. I feel like it runs bigger than a 14W and could be worn up to a size 18. Please see last two photos for bust and length measurements.
