Vintage Sears Union Made Fitted Shirt Dress 70/80s

This is either late 70s or early 80s. I forgot to pull the sleeves out and show that they are a batwing design which makes me think it is more 80s. Tag says Sears The Fashion Place. Size 8. Material is 100% Polyester Machine washable. It has an elastic waist and belt loops (it is missing a belt) -Across chest 17" (hard to measure with the large bat arms) -Across waist (unstretched) 13" (17" uunstretch) -Length 44" -Length from shoulder to waist 17.25" -Sleeve from top of shoulder to cuff 23"
