akbscs2011 @lufthansa747 apologies for the delay. The measurement from armpit to armpit of the jacket is: 23”. Measurement of the dress from armpit to armpit laying flat is: just slightly over 23”. Dress does have bust darts from beneath armpit towards bust which gives a bit more dimension and a slight more give towards measurement. Thank you for your interest.
