@heidilizzzs the chest on the XL measures 31 inches across but this measurement is with the blouse laying flat and completely spread out. When it’s hung on a mannequin or hanger and the fabric hangs (the way it should when you actually wear the top), it measures about 23-24 inches across...comfortably
