Size 16 regular fit by INC denim brand jeans shorts. These have some stretch. The waist when lying flat measuring side to side side is 18 inches, the inseam measures 3 1/2 inches. The rise is 9 1/2 inches. Excellent condition, worn and laundered only one time - these have distressing, it's not damage.
