tashiana56Hi Stacy, yes they have some stretch, as the material has a cotton/poly/spandex blend - however, they do have a "slimming" relaxed fit. So, I believe they will fit you comfortably. However, the decision is up to you. On July 25th I sold a pair of these jeans in a bundled purchase and the buyer was very pleased with the fit of the jeans.
