This dress has more magic & wonder in its memory than my prom & wedding dresses. Both of those were worn by @jpbessler as costumes. Says something about those, doesn't it? Eliza's story is too much for here, but it's good juju. No tags or hanging ribbons. 1st time I wore it, I cut them out w/ a steak knife in the bathroom at Byblos in the Stockyards to avoid embarrassment in front of a frenemy. themodhauter Since there are no tags & I barely remember being as svelte as this dress, I had to flat measure & check some charts. Before protesting the measures as a smaller size, this is stretch velvet I estimate at 7-10% spandex content based on my intimate knowledge of poly/cotton/spandex blends. No cotton in this blend. Pit to pit 15", waist 14", hip 17", hem circumference 41", length shoulder to hem 58", left side skirt split 30"

themodhauter Hem circumference is wrong in previous comment. That is the flat measure. Circumference is 82" The skirt does this incredible swish when you walk & swirl when you dance. It's heavy enough so your leg isn't exposed w/o permission & just enough peek-a-boo skin to create interest w/o giving away your secrets or giving a wrong impression. You control what & how much you show, which - long as you ain't showin' everybody - can make the one getting the show feel pretty special 😲
