what is the widest part of the sleeve and how is the hip?

I am very sorry for the delayed reply. But I lowered he price! :)
At the biceps (flat) 6". I have kind of skinny arms. With a long sleeve cotton tee, it fits just right. It would not be comfy if you have big arms wear it over thick sweaters- I don't think.
At hips (straight across the bottom pocket flaps, measured flat) 18" .
