do you think this will fit size small?

@motleykat hi there! It measures 28 inches around where it would sit right under the bust. It can stretch a bit more. The "cup" size would probably be around A cup and the measurement for that part is 5 inches across. Hope that helps! So sorry I do not have a small! All my items are 50% off right now until Dec 22.
