✨ HOST PICK✨NWOT Patterned Dress w/ Cuffed Sleeves

Orange mini dress with flowy fit and cute overall pattern, by a new day, XS. Includes cuffed sleeves with buttons in tact, dress is made well with strong fabric, only worn once. Looks super cute with a thin belt at the waist and some booties! Note about size: target sizes run big in my opinion. I'm short and petite on top with thick legs and this feels more like a small than an xs to me. Normally an XS feels tight for me but this does not.
