Sweet sky blue polyester button-down circa 1970s by JCPenney with creamy white and tan florals allover, pointed disco collar, classic fitted shape with a fun bold print! I don't know who Pat M was and why she felt the need to write her name on the tag - intriguing. Fits snug, best for modern XS - S. Flaws: some pilling, texture issue in patches toward the bottom.
