I can see the brush strokes but I can’t see a name anywhere and I’m not willing to take it out of the frame that’s beautiful. It doesn’t have flat glass. It has that unique oval glass. The frame and the picture are in great shape and no scratches on the glass. I bought this about twenty years ago at an estate sale but I don’t know much about it, just that I loved it and the little details. The size is 19 inches tall and 19 inches wide. Please read comments.
