@pinkdiamond2 I just measured it and it is 28” from the waistband to the bottom of the skirt. Hope this is helpful.

Is if fit for a 24/25in waist? or what is the waist across?

@ecutsinger I added two pictures above. The waist measures 12” across. Also, the back of the skirt has some give because of elastic in the waistband. Hope this helps. Let me know if you need more information.
