There is a side zipper to make it easy to slide on and off. Also the back of the dress is smocked to allow for some stretch on the top. @drealeighstyle Hi! The bust is 15.5 inches across and it does have smocking in back to allow for stretch. The ribbon underbust is 14.5 inches across and it A-lines out from there
