This dress is brand new, never been worn (only worn to try on at the store for fitting), has tags, not altered. Size 8. Lace on bottom is lightly attached, so it can easily be removed to hem the dress. There are cups that were added when I ordered the dress, since the back is see through and you cannot wear a bra.
