Is there damage to the colorful first ring? I looks like it is chipped or scratched. I like it but am worried about the condition of the necklace. Can you tell what shape it is in?

@nancyg747 The colorful ring has enamel on it, it looks like fine dots of gold added with some texture? It’s a very artsy type necklace!! The silver has never tarnished either.
