bellastella1 @francelvf 28” around the top 14.5” from the crotch to the top of the waist band, not sure where they sit, I am guessing around the belly button

bellastella1 @francelvf , really, they are so tiny, maybe I measured incorrectly, I added a picture with the measuring tape on flat top, maybe they sit a little lower, they are my daughters and she is very tiny
