bellastella1 @francelvf 28” around the top 14.5” from the crotch to the top of the waist band, not sure where they sit, I am guessing around the belly button

bellastella1 @francelvf , really, they are so tiny, maybe I measured incorrectly, I added a picture with the measuring tape on flat top, maybe they sit a little lower, they are my daughters and she is very tiny

bellastella1 Sorry they are 10” from the Center of the crotch to the top of the band on the front, I measured the back end before by mistake
