Today I got this email from the Federal Trade Commission saying that they're sending $6.5Million to more than 500,000 consumers because Fashion Nova promised fast shipping but regularly failed, didn't properly notify consumers and didn't give them the chance to cancel their orders and receive prompt refunds. I would call Rust Consulting Inc at the telephone listed in the pictures above, they are the entity managing the refunds on behalf of the Federal Trade Commission and I would ask them to confirm that they have me as one of the people who are eligible to receive refund.
