tinamarieh23@mellowvines Iโ€™m not exactly sure whatโ€™s going on but Iโ€™m having difficulty uploading a picture for you. If you look at the jumpsuit the waist where the band is is 15 inches. If you go a little lower the larger part of the hip is 19 inches. Hopefully this will help you if not please let me know.

tinamarieh23@mellowvines Hi, I would not say it is a stretchy material. As you can tell in one of the pictures it is lined and then the top material is more like a chiffon. As far as the measurements Iโ€™m going to take a picture for you so that you can see the waist and hip measurements.
