atarty @traceylw hi there, I just checked back on the status of your order and it appears to be 100% completed. Sadly, that blocks the ability to open a claim and submit a picture. However, I understand that something may have happened during shipping and exposed the shoes while on transfer. Every item going out of our store is checked thoroughly and we make sure we maintain very high standards for our costumers.

atarty @traceylw hi 🙋‍♀️, unfortunately everything related to the transaction has to be done on Poshmark and no other third party platforms can be involved. We could potentially be banned from Poshmark if we take this anywhere else. Hope you hear back from Poshmark; unfortunately there is nothing else I can do on my end other than to provide with a discount for your next purchase.

Next time I won’t be so quick to accept a product without a complete inspection. These were delivered to the location of the wedding so I had my friend open the package and I accepted it based on their feedback. You’ve been great to work with, thank you for the quick reply.
