As best as I can determine about 36”. It is a really blousy fit with a drapery front collar. I always wore it with a camisole.
If you are interested in a couple of blouses I can drop the prices.

@dancecaravan I do love the three tops in my bundle for sure!! I'm just normally a size med to large with a 36D bust. was just concerned this top wouldn't lay right on me. I love it tho!! lol

It was actually too large on me-it has that 80’s oversized look. If you want it a bit more tailored it might work.
