Rare 1950s Hepburn style black ruffled tier dress

Rare 1950s Audrey Hepburn style lined black dress by “Joy Frocks” in a shiny black taffeta material with 3 tiered ruffles, a back zipper closure, a V back & quintessential Hepburn neckline. Purchased off Etsy. Good condition for age but has a faint smoke smell. Price reflects. Didn’t come with a belt but has belt loops. I will include my own vintage belt.
