jerseyglam@carrieconti Hello! Laid flat measured one way across the large bust is approx. 11" but it is elastic smocking and meant to stretch quite a bit. It stretches across one way to approx. 15" comfortably and stretched a little more does go ti 16". Length shoulder to hem is approx. 30 1/4"
