What do you mean the bag expands 3 inches? is the strap long enough to comfortably wear as a crossbody?

@dcgrah photo 6 shows the top of the purse pushed down with the shoulder straps at their longest. It is a shoulder bag only. The 8th photo shows the top of the purse lengthened, which shortens the shoulder strap.
