Fabulous and made so well! Fully lined in satin. Complimentary satin tie at waist. Fabric is 100% cotton twill. It has TONS of details! Pin tucking at top and back bodice, inverted pleats, and a split cuff. Pockets in front are non-functional, but it has side pockets. So lady like and cool at the same time! Length-38” would fit a 2 or 4. Excellent condition, never worn. Please ask any questions, thanks!
