This is special women's size 8-10 shoe stretcher. They are adjustable in length to 11.5" & width. I've used them once to stretch my size 8 vintage Frye boots that needed the toe area opened up & lengthened 1/4 inch. Tight fit, used with shoe horns. Now the boots for perfect!
