Can I please get the measurements laying flat for the bottom back width and length? Does it run small because it’s made in Brazil?

@gisraley 👋 at its widest (across the top) this measures 9". it gradually tapers down to 3". back has a 7 1/2" rise. the side ties can be adjusted. It looks like it would run small. I hope that helps. 😊
