@tunedin4me manufacturer recommended going a size Smaller
from your Regular size, Unless you are a wide width. I wear a 8 Narrow but 7.5 fit me good . I hope that helps you.

@ludbreg I have a pair, and they don’t bother me. Manufacturer Recommends getting a Size smaller than you wear Normally, unless you wear a wide width, then stick with your REGULAR SIZE. HOPE THAT HELPS.

If you happen to have a Narrow Foot, I would recommend going down a half size.
But, if you have a wide foot I would suggest staying with the size 10
