bright orange-red dress w/scoop neckline slightly puffed sleeves optional tie at waist -- i always liked to wear this more as a shift dress without the tie (both options in photos) women's size large --but see measurements... easily fits medium-large based on desired fit came from a local boutique but the tag print has worn off --> thus, i'm putting it in the vintage category fabric 100% lyocell rayon // super soft, light, airy feel
