@sparkle0202 I feel it is roomy for a medium. I bought it a bit bigger so I could fit a sweater underneath. I could've fit into a small but I wanted some extra room. I hope that helps! Let me know if you have any further questions!

@karenlackey Pit to Pit measurement is 21 inches lying flat. There is no center waist cinch but there is a cinch on the bottom. I posted a pic of the bottom cinch. Hope that helps!!
