Dress/Swim Cover-Up - L

Adorable ivory & black cotton dress with waist tie. Beautiful floral embroidery. Great as a swimsuit cover, I’d recommend a slip underneath otherwise. It’s a Large but I’m a typical small and it doesn’t overwhelm my frame. Armpit to armpit is 16”; shoulder to hem is 30”.
